Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
• Custom or personalized T-shirts are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Timeframe:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability; if unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders within a 20-kilometer radius of the Perth CBD.
• Domestic (outside the Perth CBD 20-kilometer zone): Flat rate of $8
• International: Rates calculated at checkout.

How to Qualify for Free Delivery:

• Ensure your delivery address is within the 20-kilometer zone of the Perth CBD. Our system will automatically recognize qualifying orders at checkout.

Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

• If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
