How do I book an outfit?Head to our shop, pick your killer outfit, and secure it by selecting your event date on our booking calendar. Follow the steps, and you're set! If you're feeling last-minute spontaneous, swing by for a try-on appointment during the week of your event. You can pay in person on the day of your appointment. Flexibility is key—we've got you covered either way!

Can I hold my garment without paying?Unfortunately there are no holds without payment. It is strictly a first in best-dressed system whereby payment only secures your outfit. Booking a try on does not reserve the outfit for you.

Does the hire price include cleaning fees?The hire price does include the cleaning fee. However, if garments are returned with severe staining, soiling, or marks such as red wine, makeup, food, drinks, or strong odors, the customer will incur an additional $20 or more dry cleaning fee.

I’ve damaged/stained my outfit… What do I do?If you have damaged or stained your outfit, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible via Instagram or email so we can make arrangements with our alterations and cleaning staff. Please do NOT attempt to clean or repair your garment. Simply return it as is, and we will assess it. If the garment is beyond repair, you will be required to pay the full retail price for the garment. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

I’ve paid for my outfit but I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?Unfortunately no refunds will be given for changes of mind.

Can I cancel my booking?Flexibility is our thing, but we've got some ground rules too. Cancel your booking within two weeks of your hire date, and unfortunately, no refunds are possible. Give us more than two weeks' heads up though, and you'll get 50% of the hire price back. Sometimes life throws curveballs, so for exceptional situations, credits may be considered case by case. My event has been cancelled… What do I do?Hey, we get it—life happens. If your plans take a sudden turn and you need to cancel within two weeks of your booking, we've got your back with a partial refund. Beyond that timeframe, it's full price. We appreciate your understanding
